Marketing
powered by AI.

A human creates and controls.

Advertising · Visibility on Google · Social media and video · Software · Market research

SEMFLEX is a one-person agency in Krakow, Poland, managing paid campaigns, local search visibility, marketing measurement and custom software for companies in Poland and abroad. Strategy, judgement and final decisions remain human-led; AI handles high-volume work at speed. Analysis that used to take weeks now takes hours, and the conclusions still hold up when questioned.

Google Partner

Awarded by Google on three counts: the optimisation score of the accounts under management, the ad spend handled, and current certification. Verification is continuous, so the badge reflects today rather than an exam passed years ago.

Scope

Advertising, software
and custom solutions.

Campaigns, visibility, measurement and tooling are handled by one person, so you have a single point of contact and clear accountability. Trusted specialists join projects as needed, without the overhead of a permanently staffed team. Poland and abroad.

01

Google Ads

Search, Performance Max and remarketing. Accounts built around real search demand and commercial intent, not around a keyword list from a generator.

  • Account audit and rebuild
  • Negatives and traffic quality control
  • Bidding focused on customer acquisition cost
  • Local and export campaigns
02

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns managed for sales and lead generation. I monitor frequency and refresh creative before performance begins to weaken.

  • Prospecting and remarketing, with audience exclusions
  • Server-side conversions (CAPI)
  • Creative production and rotation
  • Local reach campaigns
03

Local visibility and Google Business Profiles

Ongoing management of Google Business Profiles for single and multi-location companies. Categories, services, reviews and posts, not just creating the listing once.

  • Setup and clean-up per location
  • Services, products and attributes
  • Map rank tracking on a geographic grid
  • Reviews and questions handled
04

Analytics and measurement

Without trustworthy measurement everything else is guesswork. Tracking is set up so that ad platform data and analytics data can be placed side by side.

  • Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager
  • Conversions and key events
  • Double-counting detection
  • A monthly report that identifies the source of every figure
05

Ready-made AI tools

Working products rather than prototypes: monitoring, visibility measurement, market observation. Deployment measured in days, not quarters.

  • Account and website monitoring
  • Grid-based visibility measurement
  • Competitor observation
  • Dashboards built for one question
06

Work built to order

Research that would take weeks by hand comes down to hours of machine time. Artificial intelligence used as a working tool, not as decoration.

  • Foreign market research
  • Distributor shelf monitoring
  • Company verification in registries
  • Automation of repetitive work
How it runs

Conversation first,
numbers second.

01

Conversation and diagnosis

It starts with a conversation, not with the ad account. I need to know where this business actually makes money and what happens after the phone rings. Only then do I look at the data.

02

Plan

You get a list of decisions with reasoning and an order of play. It is clear what comes first and how we will know it worked.

03

Implementation

Changes are introduced one at a time and logged with dates, so effect can be traced back to cause. Nothing reaches a live account without approval.

04

Reporting

A monthly report with a stated source for every number. If something cannot be measured reliably, the report says so.

Workshop

I do not buy artificial intelligence.
I build control over it.

Everyone has access to the models now, so that is no advantage in itself. The advantage lies in how the work is structured and reviewed: agents working in parallel, controls that stop unreliable output, and a knowledge base that records every error caught.

01 / AGENTS
Work runs in parallel

A task is split into parts that run at the same time. Analysis that would take a team weeks comes down to hours.

02 / GATES
Controls that stop unreliable output

Safeguards that do not advise but stop. A number without a source, an empty result reported as zero or a mismatched company name do not get through.

03 / MEMORY
A knowledge base that improves

Every error caught is written down as a rule. The next engagement does not start from zero and does not repeat the same mistake.

Input: a question asked by a human Output: conclusions that can be defended
Workshop

I build my own tools.

Off-the-shelf dashboards show what looks good. I need data that answers the client's question, so some of the tools I use are developed in-house. That is why problems surface before they cost budget.

  • MonitoringDaily checks on accounts and websites. A broken conversion tag shows up the same day, not in the monthly report.
  • VisibilityLocal search rankings measured across a geographic grid, separately for each location.
  • MarketTracking competitor offers and presence in the channels that influence the buying decision.
  • ReportingBuilt from source data, with the origin of every number available on request.

Starting from zero? Google advertising credit may be available.

As a member of the Google Partners programme I have access to promotional credit for newly created accounts. If your account qualifies, part of the first advertising spend is covered by Google rather than by your budget.

Credit applies to new accounts within 20 days of creation, up to the agreed budget. Eligibility is decided by Google.

Contact

Let us find out whether paid advertising is the right investment.

The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. I look at the account and the website, say what I would change and whether it is worth doing at all. If I conclude that I cannot help, I will say so straight away.
